- Hot and Cold Water Systems - Geberit Mapress, Buteline
- Sanitary Ware Installation – Grohe, Duravit, Pura Bathrooms
- Heating including Polypipe wet underfloor heating (UFH), Vaillant boilers
- Gas Installation- GFS
- Ventilation: Nuaire System 4 Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
- Testing and commissioning
